This course is designed to give Introductory information about Project Management and its various methodologies. A big part of the course would be spent on ‘Project Planning’ wherein the students would be introduced to variety of concepts, techniques being used in the modern world to plan and deliver successful projects.
You would have the opportunity to understand and implement the variety of techniques being used to Plan Projects in the modern world and get real insight into how Project Managers ensure that projects are delivered within budget and schedule. This module is not only a great source of information and knowledge but also would count as a ‘prerequisite’ towards the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the PMI.
