Updated on: Tuesday 24/01/2023

Karachi, January 24, 2023: The ocean gives us water and salt. Let us return the favor by cleaning it. This is why, on 24th January 2023, Greenwich University faculty members and students, accompanied by Ismail Foundation and students from the Garage School, conducted a beach cleaning drive. The beach cleaning drive is a commendable initiative by Greenwich University that involves cleaning up litter and debris from beaches to restore their natural beauty and protect marine life. Students help to reduce the amount of plastic and other debris that ends up in the ocean, which can harm marine life and damage habitats. Our beach cleaning drives also make beaches more attractive and enjoyable for tourists and locals alike. Moreover, these types of initiatives by Greenwich University can raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation and motivate people to take action to protect our planet. Beach cleaning drives are essential to preserving the beauty and biodiversity of our planet's beaches and oceans. Greenwich University starts Beach Cleaning Drive alone with all the faculty and students by taking this motive.
