Students explored how ideas transform into engaging animated content. The workshop covered pre-production — concept development, storyboarding, character design and planning; the production process — modelling, rigging, animation, lighting and rendering; and post-production — compositing, editing, sound, VFX and final delivery. Students learned how departments collaborate across a complete production pipeline, bridging classroom knowledge with real-world animation practice and gaining a clearer view of roles, skills and opportunities in the animation and creative media industry.
Greenwich University continues to host programmes that connect learning with culture, industry and community. Explore more campus stories from the News & Events hub.
