Geography Students Explore Makli Necropolis

Bachelor of Education (Teaching of Geography) students visited Makli Necropolis in Thatta — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — bringing geography, history and culture to life.

Where history becomes the classroom. Students from Greenwich University’s Bachelor of Education (Teaching of Geography) programme explored the Makli Necropolis in Thatta, Sindh — a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s largest funerary sites. From lecture halls to living heritage, the trip brought geography, history and culture to life.
