The Charter Inspection & Evaluation Committee (CIEC), comprising the Monitoring and Inspection Team (MIT) and Programme Evaluators (PEVs), visited Greenwich University to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the University’s institutional and academic quality standards. The Monitoring and Inspection Team evaluated compliance with the requirements of the M1 (Institutional Profile) and M3 (Quality Assurance) forms. Under M1, the team reviewed institutional governance, campus administration, statutory bodies, infrastructure, faculty and staff, student support services, library resources, research initiatives, sports facilities, scholarships and other institutional functions. Under M3, the team assessed the University’s Quality Assurance framework, including the effectiveness of the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), quality assurance policies and procedures, programme review mechanisms, institutional performance monitoring, stakeholder feedback systems, continuous quality improvement practices, and compliance with regulatory quality standards. Programme Evaluators, comprising discipline-wise academic experts, conducted programme evaluations under the M2 (Programme Evaluation) framework, reviewing programme objectives, curriculum design and implementation, teaching and learning practices, assessment methods, faculty qualifications, laboratories, learning resources, research activities, student outcomes and departmental operations. During the closing session, both teams appreciated Greenwich University’s commitment to academic excellence and quality enhancement, acknowledged institutional and programme-level best practices, and provided constructive observations and recommendations to further strengthen quality assurance, academic programmes and institutional effectiveness.
