Greenwich University was honoured to welcome M. Farooq Khan, owner of Focul Productions and a renowned digital media artist, for an engaging guest lecture with Video Editing & Color Grading students. Mr. Farooq Khan shared industry experience, emerging trends, professional workflows and practical techniques in video editing and colour grading. He discussed how editors can improve storytelling through effective cuts, pacing, transitions, visual continuity, sound and creative colour treatment, and shared tips from real-world production on how professional editors and colourists approach projects, meet client expectations and create visually compelling content for today’s digital platforms. The interactive session connected classroom learning with professional practice and encouraged students to prepare for the rapidly evolving digital media industry.
